  I was having issues transferring my number from cricket to another provider but was not having a positive experience. This morning a spoke with Dorian and he was very patient, kind and ready to assist! He helped me resolve an issue that took several days to process, prior. Thank you Dorian!

  I had an amazing experience at this mobile shop! From the moment I walked in, the welcome was warm and professional. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and offered the best advice without any pressure. The service was outstanding, fast, and very well organized. Honestly, it’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to customers these days. I truly felt valued and respected throughout my visit. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back again and tell my friends and family about this great place.
