The store itself is beautifully designed—it is so clean, modern, and aesthetically appealing, which makes browsing their products a really great experience. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Tara, who helped me out. She was incredibly friendly, cool, and clearly very knowledgeable about all of Apple’s products. She answered all my questions with ease and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this location!

I came in expecting clear and accurate information, but instead I was given misleading information that resulted in over an hour of my time being wasted by the supervisor “KP” and especially the manager “Blake”, he was unhelpful, dismissive, and came across as rude throughout the interaction. Customer service should be respectful and focused on helping customers find solutions, but that was not my experience. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how I was treated. I expect much better professionalism from Apple management staff. Blake was extremely rude and disrespectful. I requested to speak to the manager and Blake walked up to me in an angry manner did not introduce him self and just began yelling without even asking me what’s going on or even saying hi. Will not be coming back here again this location sucks just because of the staff.
