It is employees like this and all of the workers at the Detroit location that have made me keep coming back. My daughter was planning on a new battery for her watch, walked out with a new watch and I walked out with a new thunderbolt 5 dock - all at a great discount. Thank You Tina and the amazing employees of Apple Store Detroit!!
- SGSneha GhoshApr 29, 20261.0People working in genius bar know nothing. I went there to fix by damaged screen . They took a look and said that it cant be fixed and the display is gone. They suggested me to recycle my phone there. Good thing that I didn’t listen to them and went to local shop. And it’s fixed in 15 minutes and working prefect. Please don’t listen to the genius bar people if they tell you that your phone is not worth of repair.

But we were so lucky to have Brooke and Katie helping us. These two were some of the most friendly, helpful and thoughtful people I’ve come across. They quickly turned our frustration into laughter and smiles. I don’t know how much they are being paid but they need a raise!!
