  Worst place to fix your phone – Karen Manager I went there to replace my battery, and during the process they ended up breaking my screen. After that, they had to replace the screen as well. It took about three days before I even got my phone back. When I finally received it, I noticed the phone was overheating and couldn’t handle heavy use anymore. I went back to them, and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should go to Apple instead. I went to Apple, but they refused to work on the phone because it had been serviced by a third-party repair shop. The same day, I returned to the original shop. The staff, especially the lady there, acted very unprofessional and made me wait around 30 minutes just to try to figure something out. She then took my phone number and said they would call me with an update. After a week of waiting with no response, I went back again, and they told me once more that they couldn’t do anything. I’m just sharing this so anyone thinking about getting their phone repaired there can be careful. I strongly recommend looking for a more reliable repair shop or going directly to Apple.

  If you have an Apple device don’t waste your time. Scheduled a repair for my MacBook and the rep didn’t really look at anything just asked if I dropped something on it and said it was unlikely that I didn’t since my shift key was stuck. Then he told me I should just go to the Apple Store.

  They’re pretty chill. At first they didn’t have the battery for my phone but the next day they had it, and installed it quickly, within 3 hours. There’s no sign of my phone being worked on whatsoever and it still looks brand new. I had to toss my glass screen protector because they had to remove it, but that was no big deal. There was a billing issue at first, but I believe it was Apple’s system giving them incorrect info. Anyway, that was resolved and I ended up paying $0.00 for a new battery in my iPhone. I can’t complain.
