  My husband bought $500 Ray-Ban glasses, the meta gen 2 they came Same-day delivery, but the problem was when they got there. There was no charger and it was clearly cracked. honestly, a disappointment that you pay $500 and then you get a refurbished one which is insane. I called customer service and they offered to send send me another one honestly now I kind of regret buying them, but I’m gonna wait for the other pair and see if it’s cracked or if they even come with a charger how do you order something and not get a charger and you pay $500 and it comes cracked

  I’ve purchased many items from Best Buy over the years from multiple locations and never had serious issues — except for the Dearborn location. This has consistently been the worst experience I’ve had with any Best Buy store. My latest order was for three TVs with scheduled home delivery. I paid in full and even waited nearly two weeks for the delivery date. After TWO MONTHS of delays, only one TV was delivered. I was then told one of the TVs had been accidentally sold to someone else, and for the third TV I was told I needed to come pick it up myself from the store — after paying for delivery. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I went to the store multiple times trying to resolve the issue, and nobody seemed willing to help — from regular employees all the way up to management. Even the general manager said he would “talk to the team and see what they can do,” then completely stopped responding. I also contacted corporate customer service and received no real help. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I honestly cannot recommend the Dearborn location to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, shop at another Best Buy location.

  A few weeks ago I bought a microwave and wanted the white one, everything said it was white, stickers and all and I ended up getting stainless steel so I returned it. That wasn’t an issue but definitely an inconvenience. Fast forward to today, I set an appointment with the geek squad for front and back damage to my iPhone which I have Apple care + on, and first thing they tell me when I come is that they don’t have a technician that can do any repairs now. I’m kind of annoyed because why let me make an appointment if the tech isn’t going to be here. They told me to go to an Apple Store. I’ve concluded that this Best Buy is just not run very well.
