I seriously cant stand this place anymore. My first visit the lady had dropped my cat right on her chin from a 4 ft fall onto their concrete floors. I tried to look past it because she seemed genuinely remorseful. Come to find out when I got home her tooth was broken. Im still very upset at this. They tell you that the VCA CareClub membership can be canceled or paused. I tried calling the number they give several times and it was just automated and hung up automatically. I had been trying to cancel my care club for months. They will tell you to call their "Special number" just for CareClub, while they keep charging me over $230 every month. Well, they sent it into a DEBT COLLECTOR. This is after NOT COVERING DENTAL. Scam artists. Unprofessional. Will never be coming here again and I will gladly fight the debt in court.

Have been coming here since I first got my cat almost 4 years ago. I have absolutely loved the staff and absolutely loved Dr.Sidor for taking the time to always explain everything and make sure my questions were answered when diagnosing my cat with asthma. Recently, my cat needed a tooth extracted which had the potential to cost up to $3,000 (including the preliminary blood work & initial visit). The low end of the extraction itself was going to cost $2,100. The surgery scheduler only works on scheduling once a week (which is extremely inconvenient for a working person) and had to play phone tag to get an appointment situated. When talking to Allie, the scheduler, I expressed concern about the cost, asked if there was any way to reduce the cost, and asked many questions about pricing, but she only had very surface level answers and did not justify the cost for me. I went to get another opinion at a different vet clinic where they quoted me less than a quarter of the price from VCA (high end of $650, low end of $415). After seeing the itemized pricing at this other vet, I noticed VCA charges much more for many services ($595 for a dental cleaning versus $150 at the other vet). I'm not sure what they base their pricing on, but if you are feeling like owning a pet and getting care is extremely expensive, I urge you to look elsewhere because affordable & reliable care is out there.

So, Today I got the firsthand experience of interacting with this vet and some of it's staff while bringing in our family dog, Nathan.
I'm the Torë, the 'child' of my mother whom has had our numerous pets 3 present dogs (4 dogs over the years?) cared for via this facility, it's services and staff.
The staff are delightful, polite, thorough, professional, understanding and flexible. All that I have encountered in person today, and past have been wonderful. Each person. And I'm a very emotionally sensing kind of person, as in I can feel good vibes and bad just passing by without interaction. I can feel a bad attidude and bad aura from like 20 feet away... Well this whole place was just blissful what can I say. Good people with good intentions for one, goes a long way and it shows. Two this place is obviously being operated upon some basis of moral consideration which is wonderful. That's a vet I would want to take my pets to. Not some shady shack trying to write you unnecessary crap clearly prioritizing business instead of service. Not overexaggerating either.
But yea, legit. Maybe other people have had bad experiences. I understand that is life. Maybe they came in on a bad day, to the wrong person, with the wrong problem. (LOL) It's inevitable to happen everywhere at one point or another. You just can't please everybody. Me however, I am very pleased indeed. Personally imo if anyone is contemplating utilizing this place and is hunched on the negative reviews I see....just... I wouldn't worry about them a whole lot. But that's me, who has had a great experience. So that's that.
Thank you to all the staff here and anyone who's pondering my opinion.
Peace & Love to All,
Always, -Torë
