  ERICK ( not sure if that is spelled right ) helped me and my pug dog chin chin before the doctor came and I must say the demeanor and the service was excellent! I found a free coupon for flea and tick prevention online and a free exam - check it out - tis the season for fleas. But VCA Clinton township has ur back! They also gave me an information on over the counter meds I can use for chin’s skin issues. How thoughtful

  Most were nice but there was a horrible woman there who definitely does not care about whether or not your pet will die. Completely uncompassionate and will treat you like dirt if you’re not there directly.

  The staff from front desk to Dr. White were exceptional, thank you Stacey for your advice when I first called and making the appointment. Their kindness and care have already surpassed any of our precious experiences elsewhere. And the cost was reasonable. I have gone from anxiety at 10 about our cat to calm and confident we're now on the right care path. I cannot say enough good things. THANK YOU!

  VCA has been our go to vet for our 2 past pets, and our current puppy. We are always greeted with a smile, the vet techs are very friendly, and Dr. White is AMAZING with going through everything in full details and answering any questions we have. We also signed up for the CareClub which has been amazing with having a puppy. There aren't many vets around that offer a plan specifically for a puppy's first year (shots, chipping, neuter, fecal sampling, bloodwork, etc). I cannot recommend VCA enough!

  Literally spent all this money on medicine 3 days ago and I call to get some guidance cause the meds may need adjustment and they want to make an appointment so I have to pay AGAIN -I wasted alll this time telling two people my story - one just answered the phone- let me share the entire story then told me that a vet tech would call me back- The vet tech calls me back- and basically says I need another appointment after letting me waste my time talking-.. lol thanks for nothing- Beyond frustrating with the lack of personable and genuine help.
