  Joe came out to install my radon mitigation system and I have no complaints. During the install a storm came through and took out the power lines so Joe was stuck for a while at my house. Even after the power went out Joe finished up the job. After he sat with my dad and myself for probably five hours due to the down lines and talked with us, played us his harmonica, and ate dinner in the driveway with us. He was a great guy and would highly recommend Green Earth, specifically Joe to anyone needing a radon mitigation system. I would also recommend Green Earth because they actually can out to my house (quick response) to talk through where to route the pipe and answered all my questions. While they were slightly more expensive than the other company that quoted me, I felt a lot safer going with Green Earth because they saw my house prior to installation day and guarantee levels below 2.

  The Green Earth team was fantastic. We were frightened to find out we had high radon in our home and their team installed our mitigation system quickly and efficiently. Their staff was very informative and advised us on the best ways we could have the mitigation system installed based in our home and its layout. Thanks to the Green Earth mitigation system, our homes radon levels dropped from 8 pCi/L to a .7 pCi/L.

  If you are looking for a professional and reliable team for radon mitigation, I highly recommend **Green Earth**. I contacted three different companies for estimates, and Green Earth was the only one that actually came out to my home to assess the space and explain the entire process in person. Their transparency from the start made a huge difference in my decision. The level of service and confidence they provide is unmatched. While other companies would only guarantee radon levels below 4.0, Green Earth guarantees levels under 2.0. They didn't just install the system and leave, either—they monitored the levels closely after the job was finished to ensure everything was functioning exactly as it should.   Great company to work with! They took care of my radon problem and made sure to test after remediation to ensure that the levels were safe. Pricing was good and they stand behind their work!

  I contacted Schultz Pest Control (also listed as Green Earth Remediation) on their website and received a call from Darian. I told him I would like an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for 4-29-26 at noon. Tuesday I received an alert on my phone that someone was at my house. When I pulled up my cameras I saw that they were out spraying my home for insects. I called Darian and he told me that I was scheduled for service today. When I told him that I've never received a quote and that he was supposed to come out Wednesday at noon he told me I wasn't on the schedule for a quote. It ended up with him invoicing me for $175 service which I insisted he credit immediately. Legally in the state of Michigan they cannot perform a service without a signed contract. It was clear to me that this isn't the first time they have done this to someone. I've yet to receive the credit for the invoice. They have violated several Michigan laws for pesticide applications. If Darian had admitted his mistake and apologized, this review would have taken a totally different direction. Unfortunately, that is not the decision he made. No estimate received, no signed contract, no notification left on my door, I only knew they were there because of my security cameras.
