  Took my dog for an emergency visit and they were so nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

  Female that answered the phone was extremely rude and accused me of being allowed when I was talking in a normal voice to justify her behavior. She refused to help me remove my dog from my ex-wife’s name and put it in my name. Do not use this veterinary office. Unwilling to help in any excuse not to is used.

  My puppy was so sick with vomiting and lethargy this morning. Our regular vet is closed on Thursdays. I called VCA and they got my puppy in straight away and we’re so gentle and kind with her. We love our regular vet but being their office hours aren’t always conducive to our schedule we decided to give VCA a chance to care for our pets. They did a great job in an emergency and the price was not outrageous like some emergency vets are. We are pleased.

  They get 2 stars because everyone on staff except the vet Jessica Richter is great. Her attitude and pushy nature brings it all the way down from 5 stars to 2. Went to appointment with my healthy dog to get his vaccines required. They try tell me I should get a blood work up on my dog for $100+ extra on top of the almost $300 I’m already paying. This is after they even check him over and say everything appears good as well. When I say no… very clearly they try to start some sob story about other dogs diagnosis… I stop them before hand and say no again. Now I’ve worked in sales most of my life… I get overcoming an objection but when someone clearly states to you they are not going to do and pay for an unnecessary test that is not a health requirement you don’t keep on going. Especially after the second time. Instead this person tries to tell me the customer not to cut her off. No lady I cut you off because it didn’t matter what you said I wasn’t going to do it. So stop wasting all our time and also understand that I am the customer… you don’t tell me what I need to spend my money on and when the customer says no… not once but twice you don’t continue to push and even worse tell them not to cut you off… no lady again you stop pushing someone to spend money on something that is not medically necessary at the moment when they tell you multiple times NO. Completely unprofessional and isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with similar from her. If not for everyone else there id never step foot in the place as long as she is there.

  Thank yall for seeing me and my cat with no appointment, and cutting though all the bs an getting rite to the issue at hand.
