  Whether you need a full-frame mirrorless body or a high-res compact camera Ask for Ally she is incredibly knowledgeable and all these specific electronics for filming taking pictures, etc. My best friend is starting a podcast and we went to Best Buy together to learn about these types of cameras and recording devices to get some insight. We definitely got more than we bargained for Ally’s attention to detail with all these devices and her patience was so amazing and incredible. Ally went above and beyond you really hardly have these types of interactions these days when it comes to customer service.   Worst store I’ve ever been to. I recently bought the new Samsung s26 I paid 1grand in dollar bills . The guy at the register didn’t even know 50 bills of 20 make 1thousand dollars . He had to get some other guy to count it form him. The guy counted 1 grand the first time . Then he recounted it and he counted 980 . At the time I didn’t even realize he said that because I knew for a fact it was 1grand . I paid the rest in hundred bills till they asked for more money , I thought I was gonna get some change back but no. I was 20 dollars short . The staff refused to recount the money and I ended up losing 20 dollars . I know 20 dollars doesn’t matter but it’s not about that . It’s about how you treat your costumers . They need people that actually know how to count se god damn money . Will never be back to this location .

  Went in to buy a computer. Was helped by Colby in the laptop section. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me find a better laptop than I wanted within the same price range

  Customer service is horrible; they can't even type in a correct address, and when you ask to speak to a manager, they claim one isn't available, just nonchalant and rude. I can't get my money returned back to me, and I'm forced to wait untill the next shipment arrives. This is my first bad experience with Best Buy and my last. ✌🏾
