  I went to the Briarwood store prepared to spend $800 on the new Ultra 3 watch. When I arrived,I found the store was not busy at all, though there were some customers being attended to. I went to the watch table where 4 customer service members were located. One was busy with a family and the other three were chatting amongst themselves. After a couple of minutes, one of the three excused himself and headed to the back of the store. The remaining two completely ignored me even though there was no one else to distract them. They moved to the far side of the table and leaned against the opposite shelf and continued to chat. During this time I found the watch I wanted to buy lying on the table and picked it up and handled it at least three times while this was going on. After several more minutes of waiting with absolutely no indication I was going to be helped, I left. I $800 because of their inattention to their customers. I should say their inattention to me because a woman walked by them on their side of the table and they asked her if they could help her. She declined, but they still did not offer me their services. There is a wonderful line in the Uncle Buck movie where John Candy’s brother-in-law is being ignored and he quips “men get married and become shadows”. My feeling today was that men get old (83) and become shadows.

  Booked an appointment for Genius Bar for 4:25, checked-in at 4:15, waited 45 mins until a technician came. When I asked the check-in person during the long wait, she arrogantly said the technician is on lunch break (at 4:40pm?) and asked me to just keep waiting. Unacceptable attitude and behavior. And when I brought the issue up with the technician, he said and here I quote: "So you want to complain or to get your device fixed? Do you want to reschedule?" And they kept saying the store is busy, it's NOT. The most ridiculous and horrible service I ever received in Apple store.

  I had an ok experience coming into this apple store to get my phone initially looked at, they didnt have the parts in so I had to wait for the parts to arrive. I was told when I came to get the repair to come in as close to opening as possible, so thats what I did, I ended up leaving my phone there at 10:30. I was told that my phone would be ready around 12:00. I came back at noon and was told that nothing they had said 12:00 and that it would be 2:30 instead, even though my email and repair sticker said 12:00. I had to leave and come back after an event, around 5:00. I sat for over almost an hour after being checked in before someone came over and asked what I was waiting for, even though I had already been checked in. They broke the screen protector on my phone and left the adhesive dirty so I wouldnt have been able to put it back on my phone, no one apologized or said anything, there were plenty of people who couldve came and helped me as there were 5 people helping one customer, overall really poor experience and made a stressful situation worse.

  Took my Macbook in to ask & fix my J key which was super clicky/squeaky until you clicked it 10-20 times. I kinda fixed it with some keyboard lube but all that did was make the problem even more sporadic. I explained all of this to the repair people, too. Multiple times. Anyway, the Macbook technician (white ginger dude with the arm tattoos) basically insinuated that the problem didn't exist and sarcastically told me to "have a wonderful day". Ok bro. In 2036 when your household humanoid robot has a broken arm, I'm gonna tell you that our repair depot sadly doesn't cover clicky arm servos. Have a wonderful day.

  They gaslit my husband into thinking he needs to give away his property to be repaired. We’ve paid over 2,000 dollars for said phones through a carrier for it to not work. We have insurance and a warranty that we could’ve used. Apple in general is the same way. People just cannot give away their property to be repaired. They also lied to my husband about who we need to go through for repair and or new device. Our carrier IS willing to give us a new device free of charge.
