  I started going to VCA animal hospital in December or January I got my puppy in December. He tested positive for worms since then they have given him the same medication multiple times and he has not once tested negative for worms. I have to keep paying for a new fecal sample on top of that every time just for it to come out positive. Not only that the Dr, the receptionist and staff have been very unprofessional. They make me feel bad about myself and my dog every time we come in because he doesn't like the vet. I can't blame him I don't either. When I bring in our cat they have so many good things to say but never my dog. I see that they don't care for my dog or me like they should. The receptionist asked me if I was giving him the medication properly, I get why she asked, I didn't like her attitude when asking the question. I feel really disrespected every time I come here which is really disappointing. My dog overall is well behaved and does great with people, dogs, and children I have worked hard to train him and I shouldn't feel shamed just because he doesn't like the vet. I have tried working on suggestions they have given me to better help him at the vet. But when they take him to the back room and I'm not with him of course he's gonna act differently. I can say the surgical team was a lot nicer especially during when my puppy got fixed. And there was one nice nurse we talked to but that's it.

  I want to say a big thank you to Tammy she’s so thorough with what she’s telling you and very empathetic and she genuinely wants to help you and your pet she’s super sweet. Thank you Tammy for your help with my kitty Capone it meant more then you know 💜💙

  Amazing experience! The doctor took great care of my cat and treated her with so much kindness and professionalism. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable during the visit. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave my kitten. Highly recommend this animal clinic to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy vet!

  They were incredibly sweet and professional when handling my cat, pretzel. Even though it was an incredibly tough process they rooted for his recovery and where incredibly supportive after his illness got the best of him. And for that I thank the entire staff and Dr Hans.
