  Bought a phone and was not happy with it. I was told i had 6 days to return it but never got a receipt so when i went up there they said they couldn't return it for me because there was a dent in the phone. Of course the blame is on me cuz my screen protector was cracked but its a screen protector not the actual phone. First of all they sold me a demo phone, second of all i asked for a copy of my receipt and they charged me for a speaker that cost $150. So now they wont take back the phone and i cant even try to take it back anywhere else. Called another cricket near by and they said that the phone i had don't even cost that much? Why they rang me up for a speaker is what im trying to figure out and instead of resolving the issue they told me if i didn't leave they were calling the cops on me. Some kind of fraud was committed here and i can do absolutely nothing about it.

  Came in because I don't know how to use my phone. Not use to a phone that is not flip. I have deleted my Google play app. And I came in and the girl I dealt with was amazing. She answered all my questions and didn't rush or get mad. She even fixed my issue. You should come in and see ga by. You won't be disappointed. Plus the service is great as well!!!!

  Gabby has helped me everytime I have ever had a problem with. Takes her time when I get new phone and shows me how to use it. Go to her. I promise you won't regret it
