Given a time frame of when the product is supposed to be fixed, he constantly comes up with a new excuse as to why it's not finished. Nobody there when they're supposed to be open, no signs saying whether they needed to step out or went to lunch. Not coming back.

I called the number on the on the invoice and got a person with very broken English and hard to understand. This is a complete scam. He tried to tell me how to go online to cancel which I refused to do. Why, so they could get more of my information? I told him I wanted him to cancel and he hung up on me.

Someone at the corporate level needs to change the system. This makes working with the Geek Squad very frustrating. Once you can actually talk to someone they are very helpful. No problems with the people just the system.
