  Terrible. I call on the phone before driving to the store 50 miles away and can't get in touch with a real person. This is all complete non sense. AI is not a good thing

  The customer service at this location is particularly unkind and flat out rude. I worked with several employees; not a greeting, were very cold and uncaring. Purchased an open box TV; they didn’t have the box and made it a point to not help load the TV either. Didn’t offer any solutions to ensure that the TV was secure or would be at less of risk of damage. Nothing. Incredibly disappointing, especially for my own first experience. My partner visited here and had the same issue with the Geek Squad members as well. I will be making it a point to visit any other location aside from this one. I hope Best Buy can do better to rectify the disposition and care of their team here. Yikes!

  Didn't have what I was looking for even though the website said they would, and no employees talked to me despite wandering the store for a half hour searching.

  Went with my mother to get her a new TV back around Black Friday. Had Jennifer D. Retail Program Connections Manager helping us out. She was phenomenal and walked us through getting everything we needed and gave us great suggestions as well. She was also very patient when we had payment issues. We had a fantastic experience with some added laughs! Thank you Jennifer and sorry it took me so long to leave a review!

  They've got ALMOST everything I needed, except thermal printers big enough for shipping labels. This is the ONLY place I've found a case for my phone (pixel 10) and not online, which is AWESOME, so in my eyes that's a fair trade off!
