  At around 2:00 PM today, August 19 my mom experienced unprofessional service at your location . There was no one at this kiosk and she waited for more than 30 minutes, two other customers had left because of the wait. When the staff member arrived (young lady with dark hair), there was no greeting or recognition of her presence. Her concerns were met with a dismissive response directing her to a non-existent “outside” kiosk at that site, which is both inaccurate and disrespectful. Many people are actively seeking work, please hire people with basic human decency and customer service. People should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply because an employee is not in the mood to perform the job they applied for and were hired to do.

  Drove all the way from Virginia to get a phone because my screen blacked out. So I get there at 9:15 thinking they close at 9:30 like they are suppose to. But of course they are closed early and the lady that behind the counter says she closed the register....so I'm guessing there is no way to re-open it???? Cricket has the worse employees! They really could care less about customer service.
