  During a stopover in Westminster, Maryland, during my road trip, I took the opportunity to buy a pair of brake pads for my e-bike. At this Trek store, I was greeted by very friendly and professional staff. The salesperson took the time to find the right model for me. I was even able to have my handlebars tightened. I highly recommend this store.

  Cannot recommend this shop. Dropped my ebike off on a Friday for a repair on the spoke, maintenance, and cleaning. I was told because it's an e bike I would have to wait for the manager and I would hear back on Monday. I didn't hear back monday and had to call myself on Tuesday to check on the issue. I was then told the bike will be ready on Thursday and that we were waiting for a spoke on back order. No call on Thursday I call Friday and speak to someone who seems very confused on why they still have my bike. He said they were waiting for a shifter which was on back order but then told me they had an alternative in stock they could use. Again I was never called about this back order or delay. I've had to reach out every time. Even with the shifter in stock I had to wait till Monday now over 10 days of the bike in the shop. I picked it up today and the bike is not even cleaned! After bringing it up the cleaning charge was removed. The bike has adhesive on the side that wasn't there before and a wobble in my front wheel that I was told "I don't have to worry about." Don't take your bike here.

  I drove half an hour in the hope that the bicycle mechanic would be willing to take the time to troubleshoot an issue that I was having, and that's exactly what happened! Great shop, great service! Follow up, I got a good ride in a couple of days later, and the issue was resolved! On top of it all, the bicycle mechanic would not charge me for his service! Highly recommend this bicycle shop!

  Went there to get my grand daughter’s bike fixed . I had the best experience . Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Store manager Jason and Paxton took care of it . Thank you, would definitely go again. Highly recommend for all your bike services.
