    Poor customer service. Quick to take your money but omg so fast to kick your in your ass when something goes wrong with the item. I purchased a tv that unfortunately was damaged, bc as soon as pluggedit in at home the screes had a huge cut not just a simple damage corner it was a huge cut, i have pruchased a protection plan and they guided me to take the damage item back where i got it from, so I brought it back to the store and omg I tell you they are super quick to turn you around and tell you that it was your fault bc of a absurd amounts of reason, its insane and sad the fact that this ppl is so quick to get your money but so difficult to take care of the damages items they sell.

    Approached BB as a customer in need of a phone repair (iPhone back glass replacement). Experienced bad customer service and unclear messaging, all for a commodity service. If you're in need of the same service, I’d recommend going for a small shop as long as they offer the same certifications and standard of repair, you’ll likely have a much better experience.

    Walked in and stood in the apple section, nobody helped us, meanwhile multiple associates in the computer section were on their phones. Associate who finally came over was very flippant when I asked if I could look at the open box iPad. They wouldn't let me touch it, only see it. The associate and customer service team were very difficult and borderline combative when I asked if we could transfer from our trade in iPad to the new one. The lack of customer service and tact from the team makes me never want to come back here. I loved the previous store manager, but im never going back to this store.
