  I arrived at the store the open sign was on, but the door was locked. I knocked on the door several times, but no one answered maybe after waiting 15 minutes a young lady came from out the back and open the door. They could at least put a sign on the door that say out to lunch or something. I came to get my online purchase activated because the self activation was not working to find out even though I purchased a SIM card from their online store I had to purchase another one in the store how frustrating. The young lady was not that friendly and seemed to be talking to her boyfriend on the phone in her ear and kept saying “Yeah Babe”. Then the store phone rung and she said “oh the owner is calling”. Her voice changed like she was a the professional customer service of the year employee still while waiting on me she decided to have a whole conversation about how is she worked today to try to generate sales to the owner. I’m just confused. Where is good customer service? .

  Es el peor servicio al cliente está una señora atendiendo que la neta creo que nunca le dieron clases de como tratar al cliente i al final no sabe nd de lo que uno le pide

  la chica que habla en español toda la información que me dio fue errónea pura mentira al final nunca sabían el siguiente paso,me mintió y me hizo hacer muchas cosas erróneas,al final el teléfono no tenía suficiente señal dijo que podia cambiarlo sin ningún cargo por que ya estaba todo cubierto y resulta que al traerlo para el cambio también era pura mentira también tenía que pagar activación y taxas,

  This store is to close at 8pm. I was there at 8:45 and parked. I then went to open door and they already locked it and the open sign turned off. The person on duty was just sitting inside. Just lost my business. I'll go somewhere else!!!!
