  I brought my dog to this clinic with her identification documents, yet both her name and age were entered incorrectly in their records. Because of these errors, I was unable to obtain reimbursement from my pet insurance. And pet insurance repetedly told me that they are not getting any responses from this Vet. Eventually, they closed the claim file! This was not the only issue. I originally brought my dog in for dermatitis/allergy concerns. They run a physical check. Right after that, I detected a mass on her chest. This had not been noticed or brought to my attention during our visit here. The incorrect records also delayed my ability to proceed with care at the new veterinary clinic because I first had to deal with the insurance issue. I cannot get a clearance because they cannot match the policy with my pet! What frustrated me even further was being offered a wellness package during the visit at the VCA when I would have expected greater attention to my dog's existing medical concerns (and warn me about the mass) and accurate recordkeeping. Overall, the combination of inaccurate records, the resulting insurance problem, and the missed mass was very disappointing. I do not think I will return to this clinic.

  Medical Stuff are friendly and provide a good service. Easy to book an appointment with a free first time exam. I just have to pay for vacation.

  Took my Mya to the vet she's pregnant her first time going to did really good 👍 nice place nice atmosphere clean and very welcoming of course well be back 😊

  I’ve been bringing my dog to VCA North Rockville Animal Hospital for approximately seven years, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the level of care they’ve provided. Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating, and they always take the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. The pricing has always been fair and reasonable, and throughout all the years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never had a single negative experience. It’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about the health and well-being of the animals they treat. I would absolutely recommend VCA North Rockville Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate veterinary team. My dog has always received excellent care, and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue bringing her here.
