  The worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time, if not ever. I was shopping with my kids and trying to return part of an item I received for Christmas. I had a question and was waiting patiently when the cashier abruptly told me I was standing too close and needed to move to the belted area. Her tone was extremely rude and curt. She was yelling. The interaction made me so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving and will not be returning.

  The guy helping me with the Verizon prepaid phone was not as attentive as I would have prefer probably will not go back to this location again

  Just look at there overall reviews it says it all they need new management. Bought phone protector there for my s26 and was told you pay a one time 7.99 charge after that any new replacement they do not charge. Went there yesterday well guess what I was lied too. I was told by two employees that it's one time fee well never again not only did they lie and when needed replacement they demanded 7.99 so I took my phone protector and left. As someone who bought my tv and soundbars there in there magnolia room I see why it looks bare now. When you run business like that now I know youtube my video or audio equipment I'm interested in and amazon prime it. Good luck with future business
