- NSNikki SweattApr 15, 20265.0The Geek Squad fixed my son’s PC. It needed another motherboard replacement which my son ordered online and we took it to them. The service was awesome. They were all so professional and kind. They were helpful by explaining everything that was going on and they kept us updated during the whole process. That PC system was definitely not easy to fix because it had been rebuilt so for them to have fixed it means they knew what they were doing. The technician that fixed it was named Mosaffa I think but he was awesome. I will definitely be going back to them for any of my computer issues. Thanks Geek Squad you guys came through.
- SWS WilliamsNov 20, 20245.0Had three service appointments with them so far and the services were excellent. A very professional knowledgeable crew particularly Mr Sin. The only issue is you can no longer call the store directly. Best Buy handles all calls centrally which is a bit inconvenient.
