  W's in the chat! Went here today & met Waz. Highly recommended person for internet/ tech questions. The item iwanted was out of stock but he informed me on all the ordering/set-up details. Great customer service, Excellent atmosphere. Once again, highly recommended.

  Brandon Ripple was super helpful and knowledgeable about the exact location of store products and the exact generation of items to purchase. He also brought over the products to me explaining the price differences. Was also super knowledgeable about certain differences in similar but different products as well.

  The service is really good. Very fast and convenient. I met the manager Bernard. He gave me good care and consulting about the products for me. The staffs were also friendly and enthusiastic to give me many recommendations. I chose a TV at this store. I will be back again and again to support this brand. Hope that you will have the same good experience like me in this store.

  Worst Best Buy ever, we spent an hour and half waiting for someone to come help us to buy a MacBook and some AirPods. We ask 6 different employees and they all dismiss us, when it was only 3 minutes left before closing someone finally came up to us and told us that they were about to close. It’s like they’re trying to not sell anything at the store at all. Never coming to this store again and won’t ever recommend them because they’re not good for anything.
