Why would a $130 physical NOT include the most essential and standard exam for dogs? My dog was 1 month away from being due for his heartworm test, so I assumed they would perform it during his exam since I had no refills left on his prescription. Nope! Now I have to make a separate appointment for something that should be included in the “well pet visit.” On the app, you can only choose between “physical exam” or “my pet is sick.” Why would heartworm test not be included in physical exam?? Is this a money grab or just incompetence?

- KGKristina GibneyMar 26, 20262.0Overly Priced, they love to offer X-rays an they’ll start around $200, if you’ve got money to blow go ahead, I think other places could be cheaper an more heart warming with more sincere intentions, they will offer some expensive options or tell you to just wait it out an see if symptoms worsen, then they hopefully can charge you an arm and leg sooner than later. Told me neutering would be $900 An I found a place that did them for $55 same day, snip an snap an had my boy home quickly. Do what you want, but call around an get some different prices.
