  Well, after spending a couple of days without cell service and trying to get help over the online customer service, we tried everything to get my phone running again however they said I needed to go into the store here in Hagerstown so I was pretty exhausted and bummed out as anyone would be would not be able to use their phone for a few days blah blah blah right well I called the store. Spoke with a very nice woman named Maria. She said come on and I will help you I think I know what the problem might be so I got my neighbor to give me a ride to the store because I don’t drive got to the store about an hour and a half later and Maria was there. She knew who I was soon as I walked in and I just wanna say that within five minutes I had my phone back that woman knew her business like Betty Crocker in a bakery. I am not kidding you it’s the best customer service I’ve had in a long time I could not say enough about this woman. She was so so good and knew her job and nice and friendly everything so if you want a great experience and you got problems with your Cricket phone head to the Cricket wireless store in Hagerstown Maryland.   Sales person absolutely not helpful in the least. Acted like I was bothering him by coming in. Have never had issues until today 7/1/26 @ 10am @ the Cricket store on Dual Highway Hagerstown, MD.

  Took my wife to replace her phone. Walking to the store no one was around guy finally came out of the back and told him the phone we wanted ask him a couple questions and paid for the phone then he proceeded to hand the phone to my wife still in the box and told her she had to set the phone up herself they don't do that there set it was an easy setup and she should be able to do it at home the whole transactionstook less than 20 minutes and he turned around and hurried back to the back room again. Very unprofessional cared more about what was in the back room than taking care of customers. Now my wife paid $142 for her phone and my wife cannot use her new phone or her old phone. Will never shop here again

  We had the BEST experience today with Christian at the Cricket store in Hagerstown MD. He was patient in explaining the process to my 87 year old mom and made sure she didn't lose any of her precious photos. His experience showed in the way he was able to work with her ancient cell phone and get the new one working perfectly. Highly recommend Christian!
