  I just called this office 10:14am 7/1/26. It appear to be an African American female (Noah?) answered the phone. She even said she was the store manager. Her voice was uninterested, rude, irritated, extreamly agitated by my questions to her regarding my previous phone problems and could she recommend any phones. Her answer to every question was. All our phones are good with wifi. All our phones take good pictures, etc. Meaning she was aggressively letting me know regardless what I ask was the same answer and not to ask anymore questions. She needs to be immediately removed from this office. I am a 55 years disabled and pain and have health problems so before I make to trip on MTA Mobility bus. My next question was could your office set the new phone up for me once purchased. I was afraid to ask because her behavior wanted to to immediately switch my long time good paying service to another carrier. I been with cricket since 2014. THIS BEHAVIOR IS UNEXCEPTIONABLE! ESPECIALLY AS A STREBMANAGER

  Despite Monday taking my kid out to see the store not open at hours it was suppose to be, I called Tuesday to make sure they were open, got in greeted well by Damien. He helped me reactivate my line, help me set up my iPhone, I was so happy to be in and done within 10 minutes, he made sure my icloud was activated and backing up my phone, really happy with this employee, thank you so much

  The manager and employees at this store were extremely rude. There were several people in line so the employee rush us through purchases, not letting me know details of my phone so had to pay my bill twice. Called store speak with her she hung up on me, called back to be told she didnt feel like dealing with me. Called the manager and basically was told its ok for this type behavior., she said i yelled at her... And after hanging up yes i was extremely upset!
