  Terrible customer service. I've talked to 4 representatives and they simply escalate to the next person. The last escalation, they hung up the phone. I have a $400 item stuck in limbo. Very frustrating and waste of time.

  I am trying to call them for a matter, and their AI is weak, and slow. I also have been on the line for a long time. In person, they are nice, but they are useless if you are trying to contact them.

  Second time having a horrible experience at this location. The sales person was sneaky and lied about being able to match the price on their website. Claimed that I needed to buy additional services to get the match. Also I was interested in an open box, the rep kept saying it was in "excellent" condition which is why the cost was more and when he walked away I checked the tag which said "good". He couldn't find an excuse of why he told me excellent. Horrible customer service. I still bought the TV and then the delivery people dropped it, left it at my house and had me deal with it. Also horrible customer support online. Will not return to this location.

  They outsource all of their local store phone calls to INDIA where it’s impossible to get actual help. First you have to deal with an automated AI agent and when you actually get to a human, it’s someone in another country that barely understands the English language. They give you wrong information and don’t know what they’re doing. You ask to speak to a manager and they won’t do it. Calling the local store or customer service is a dead end. I do NOT recommend Best Buy anymore. What a terrible experience they are doing to customers, especially since I just spent thousands of dollars, they literally do not care. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

  Hello, I am a former BBY288 employee & current shareholder,) I purchased my Meta display glasses from Best Buy (Store 819) on 3/31/26, and the sales representative recommended ordering prescription lenses from VR Wave, assuring me they would be compatible. She placed the order for me in-store using my phone. When the lenses arrived about two weeks later, they did not fit my Ray-Ban Meta display glasses. I contacted VR Wave who was the company she ordered them from on my phone, and they told me they do not make lenses for this display, even though their website suggests compatibility (just in a different size). I spoke with Best Buy customer service and they advised me to come into the store so they could help resolve the issue. However, the sales supervisor and manager of store 819 informed me they are unable to offer a refund or compensation for the VR Wave lenses, despite the order being placed based on the Germantown store employees recommendation. They did refund my meta display glasses. I was willing to accept the lower model with lenses if they could compensate for the new lenses. Managers said no and that they cannot help me. I felt they did not want to help me. I will need somebody from district to reach out.
