  Every time I call for help they never know what to do or want to help .why would they be there then if they’re not willing to help customers

  They were great! Phone got wet and I needed a new one ASAP. They were so fast to set up a replacement and get it transfered and was done in 20 minutes. Thanks dudes

  I just wanted to say this place has great service and a huge thank you to William for being so helpful and patient. My sisters are so happy with their new phones and I’m happy I switched to cricket. William was very kind and explained everything very well during the process of it all my sisters also loved William’s customer service !! Will for sure be coming back 🙏
