For over 50 years, we have been serving the Howard County communities of Columbia, Ellicott City, Highland, Fulton, Clarksville, Glenelg, Laurel, Elkridge, Jessup, and Savage. - CPCassie PuttJul 19, 20265.0All personnel are incredibly kind and empathetic - from receptionists on the phone, to walking in, veterinarians, interns, etc. Dr. Myers is especially wonderful with my rats. She gives reasonable diagnoses and often errors on the side of caution as opposed to suggesting xrays or other options that may not be right for my rats. What I love the most is being able to call a concern into the receptionist and they will relay my message to the Dr. I then get a text message, and im supported via text to some of my concerns that may not warrant a full blown visit. Thanks, everyone!!

As a first time cat owner, I was incredibly nervous to bring him to the vet after adjusting to a new home. EVERY, and I mean every staff member Jafaar and I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and answered all of my questions. They treated Jafaar like their own pet and I am so happy to have found a vet that I can trust! Thank you!

I had the best experience during the first visit with the front desk staff and VET. I called this evening to speak to someone regarding an appointment and was treated with complete disrespect. The woman I spoke to was very impatient and seems to be very irritated that I called. I am completely shocked considering everyone I have spoken to since our last visit has been very kind a professional. I am hoping I do not have this experience again.
