  Had an awesome experience with Harper at Trek Bicycle. He honestly made the entire process of getting into cycling worth it. I spent around $2,000 starting my cycling journey, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the bike itself and all the accessories I needed without ever being pushy or trying to oversell me. The experience was so good that even though the Columbia location didn’t have the bike I wanted in stock, I drove out to the Rockville store to get it. Then I still came back afterward for accessories because of how well Harper treated me from the start. If that first interaction wasn’t as good as it was, I probably would’ve talked myself out of getting a bike altogether. Really appreciate the help and professionalism definitely recommend asking for Harper if you’re looking to get into cycling.

  I love you guys !!!! You all are so helpful and remind me of an old fashioned shop…. Meaning the service is something we just don’t see anymore nowadays I have purchased all my bikes from here plus all my grandsons bikes . I thank you

  The products are top shelf, but the quality of the service is what brings us back to Trek Columbia. Harper, Dan, Nick, Noah are absolute geniuses at diagnosing and treating our tandem. I am very grateful to find such talent who can communicate clearly and are willing to take the time to help us be more than satisfied. We're delighted! Because our bike is a tandem, maintaining it requires a greater sense of how our bike works--from chain clearance in the derailleurs, identifying and procuring a long-overdue bottom bracket, and incorporating the latest safety features such as from and rear lighting. Additionally, we have been very impressed with Nick's understanding upgrades and accompanying components that will allow both of us to continue riding well into our 80s. We were also touched by Noah's stepping in to mix the right paint to touch up an area because it was the right thing to do. Trek Columbia is blessed to be led by talented people and to be supported by talented bike engineers. We could not be more appreciative. Thank you, and we'll be back!

  Customer service here is top tier! Paalo and Harper literally taught me EVERYTHING I needed to know about my new bike. I am new to biking and they truly gave me the confidence to literally go out the same day and ride for 5 miles! I felt like I was flying! That’s how smooth and easy the ride was! Thank you Trek for hiring great employees like these guys! Truly the best 10/10!
