  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Once again, outstanding customer service and phenomenal work! I had an Xbox One X that I purchased from someone that was having problems outputting higher resolutions. After troubleshooting it, the issue turned out to be the retimer chip. I'm not set up for microsoldering and don't have the experience or equipment to tackle that type of repair properly, so I took it to Sys Quick. I've used them in the past, and they've always done fantastic work. Once again, they didn't disappoint. He gave me a ridiculously fair price to replace the chip, and the quality of the work was phenomenal. The soldering and installation looked factory perfect, like it had been done by a machine at the factory. The Xbox is working exactly as it should now. Fair pricing, excellent customer service, highly skilled work, and someone I trust with electronics that require professional level repair. I highly, highly recommend Sys Quick CRS for your electronic repair needs. They've earned my business more than once, and they'll continue getting it.

  Came here to get work done on a few consoles and had a great experience. Mike was super knowledgeable, as a technical guy myself it was awesome getting to chat with him for awhile. In terms of console repair in the Baltimore area I don't think there is a better place to go to than here, prices are fair and Mike is an expert in this field. Would recommend anyone I know to get their consoles fixed here.

  I had a “new” Nintendo 3DS in which I damaged the top screen when trying to install a new screen protector. I searched online for a video game console repair company that was close by. I was able to find this company and contacted them through their website about repairing my top screen. After bringing the 3DS to the physical store (something that was very important to me) they took a look at it and gave me a very fair price for replacement and work to be done. After a few weeks I got a text message that the work was done. I got the 3DS and honestly the screen looks almost brand new to me. I don’t I have seen it looking this nice since I bought it from the store over a decade ago. They are very professional and reliable that I didn’t feel the need to worry about my 3DS. I am definitely going back whenever I have a new or old system that I need to repair.

  Poor customer service. I brought in a PS5 that was overheating. The lady explained that it would be a $95 service fee. I agreed and then she told me that I should take it home with me because they can't even look at it for 3-4 weeks. She said it was a one day repair once they can get to it. When I asked to get on the wait list she wanted the $95 up front. When I asked why should I pay now for it to sit for a month she replied that was the policy. Can you not take my name and number, and call me the night before? I don't mind paying before you do the work but I am not giving you almost $100 for you to do nothing for a month!

  I found Console repair store on Google search and I'm happy I decide to check this company out. They did an excellent job on repair my PlayStation 5 and giving my PS3 new life with a new SSD drive. It took 3 weeks for him to repair my system but at the same time that gave me enough time to get all my money together for the repair bill lol seriously I believe that prices are very reasonable and I definitely would recommend this company to anybody that's looking to get their console repaired refurbished etc. I'm so happy with the work I'm posting it on my Instagram and Facebook page check it out 👍
