  I had an excellent experience at the Apple Store in Annapolis. I came in with an issue involving an iPhone return that had originally been paid for with a combination of a gift card and debit card. Zay helped me and was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He understood the situation right away and was able to put the full refund onto a gift card so I could purchase my replacement without having to wait several business days for the refund to process back to my debit card. The entire issue was resolved within minutes. After having a frustrating experience at another Apple Store with the same situation, I really appreciated how easy and stress free Zay made everything.

  Apple has essentially been stealing from me for months now. I have been paying for Apple Care for my phone. I have been to this location(with an appointment), the previous Towson location, a Best Buy, etc. The back of my phone is damaged, and my battery needs replaced. Every time I visit, it’s so random excuse as to why it can’t be done. I have had the parts in my hands 2 times, and still can’t get service. Apple phone support won’t help unless I want to give them over $1000 for them to send me a replacement. I truly don’t know why I am paying for a service I can’t use. Support hangs up on you when you try to reach a resolution. Getting a manager is not possible. This whole process has made me and my family consider swapping to android. I have been a loyal customer since here 4S, but that means nothing. They collect that check from you, and that is all you are. They are fine with you being without, even when you pay them.

  Went to this store 08/31/26 in hopes of getting a new watch and bands. None of the watchbands on display were available in store or online. The only bands that was available for purchase wasthe white band that came with the watch. I view this as false advertisement. There are bands on the wall and on the floor display, but none available online. in the store or in any Apple store near Annapolis. Misleading and false advertising. Then had the nerve to tell me I should probably stop by September 9th when their new watch comes out. Sounds to me like you want me to come back on September 9th to buy the watch you want to sell me, not thewatch that I want or the watch that you are advertising. Horrible customer service.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. MY PHONE STOPPED WORKING WHEN I ARRIVED IN VIRGINIA BEACH FOR A FAMILY TRIP. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT THE APPLE IN ANNAPOLIS MALL BECAUSE THAT WAS MY NEXT STOP AFTER VIRGINIA BEACH. GOT TO ANNAPLOIS LOCATION, AFTER THEY RAN A DIAGNOSTIC TEST, THEY CONFIRMED THE LOGIC BOARD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART AND NEEDED TO ORDER THE PART WHICH WOULD TAKE ABOUT 5-7 DAYS AND I NEEDED TO COME TO THE SAME LOCATION TO HAVE THE REPAIR DONE. (I LIVE IN NY WOULD NOT WORK). I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE PART COULD NOT BE ORDERED AND SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT APPLE STORE TO HAVE THE REPAIR DONE. THE REP THAT I WAS DEALING WITH SHOWED NO CARE IN THE WORLD. ONLY RESOLUTION, WAS FOR ME TO DRIVE 50 MILES TO GET IT REPAIRED. TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION, I JUST DROVE ABOUT 6 HOURS FROM VIRGINIA BEACH TO MARYLAND TO GET MY PHONE REPAIRED. ONLY TO FIND OUT I HAVE TO DRIVE 50 MILES TO D.C. (WHICH IS HEADING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION). DONT GO HERE SOME WORKERS DONT CARE OR CAN'T BE BOTHERED.
