  Went to Apple Annapolis yesterday, and was assisted by an employee named Landyn who was extremely helpful during my visit. This was my first time purchasing a laptop on my own, and Landyn made the process so much smoother. Very friendly, contributed personal experiences with the Mac and offered brilliant advice regarding some decisions with my purchase. Thank you so much!

  Unreliable phone. Zero real help. A 3-month-old iPhone suddenly died and wouldn’t charge. Tried multiple chargers at home, including Apple ones—nothing. We took it to the Apple Store Annapolis. After sitting there dead for a while, it randomly came back to life. That was enough for them to say: “Nothing’s wrong.” I explained—what if this happens while traveling? No phone means no bank access, no email, no communication. That’s not “fine,” that’s a real problem. They refused to replace it. Asked for a manager. He came—the man with tin eyes, no soul behind them—repeated the same script, and suggested we buy an Apple charger. That told me everything. No responsibility, no thinking, no basic human understanding. You got your money. You lost trust. But you don’t care.
