  There is absolutely no reason I should have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to initiate buying a product. Nothing else. No help setting up needed, nothing. Just buy a phone a leave. Should be easy. But it’s not.

  I’m leaving this review to highlight the excellent customer service I received by Donovan. I popped in to pick up a phone case, and the store was extremely busy. Donovan was engaged with multiple customers, but still had the initiative to scan the room looking for lost souls like myself. He made point that ask me if I need d help, and then prioritized me after he finished his current batch of customers. I walked in the store at the tail end of a really bad day, which when I got to the Apple Store initially started getting worse, as I was failing at drawing attention. Donovan’s initiative to scan the room looking, recognize my silent frustration, and acknowledge that he would move onto me suddenly made everything ok, and provided a happy ending to a bad day. To cap it all off, I’m always trying to spot employment talent in the most unlikely of places, and I tried to solicit Donovan’s contact information to try and poach him from Apple. Donovan thanked me for the consideration, but politely declined citing his ethical boundaries against that, hitch I absolutely respect. Donovan, you’re a class act, Apple is lucky to have you.

  Definitivamente fue una muy mala experiencia. A pesar de tener una cita programada, me atendieron mucho más tarde de lo esperado. Inicialmente me informaron que no tenían un iPad disponible porque mi seguro cubriría el costo. Sin embargo, después se dieron cuenta de que debía pagar una tarifa adicional y, de repente, apareció un dispositivo disponible. La falta de organización y comunicación fue evidente durante todo el proceso. Además, no transfirieron correctamente toda mi información y me indicaron que, si quería que se completara el trámite, debía hacerlo yo misma. En ningún momento recibí el apoyo o la asistencia que esperaba. El personal fue poco amable y el servicio al cliente dejó mucho que desear. En general, fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. No recomiendo este lugar.

  I had a 10 AM appointment and after 45 minutes I had not been seen. I left without being seen. I had another appointment that I had to honor. The lack of respect to honor my appointment and my time is Incredibly disrespectful. I had a 1 1/2 hour drive to the store and am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this store..

  Kai (hopefully I’m spelling that right and sorry if not!) was such a great help! He helped me set up my new phone and transfer all of my old data over seamlessly. His calming presence, kindness, and knowledge truly made this the best Apple Store experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much again!
