  Alexis BIG DOG...This is the guy right here...remembered me from months before AND my issue AND took care of my mama who doesn't have a clue w phones. Good guy nice guy....the girl I forgot her name but she was super nice too

  Christina was the best to work with!! Her vast knowledge and experience with cell phones, Is amazing. I appreciated her being patient and kind with me through every step of the way and setting up my phone. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

  I don't know who over sees this store but I feel bad for the girls that work there and deal with the customers because of the way the district manager pawns everything on to them I bought 2 phones and both were defective moto g 5G and ovation 3 I bought the moto g went. Back the day after I bought it because I wasn't receiving call with active service then went back 2 days later within 7 pays of original purchase and the district manager only offered a warranty exchange and refused to refund me my money for the phone when the back of the paper receipt says other wise claims his system won't allow him to do a refund because I exchanged the 1st original phone I bought even through I was still within my 7 day period from original purchase and then told me it's 1 exchange or refund per customer so why show a customer lose money for broken devices that are being sold it seems very suspect so I will be taking them to small claims court and he told me I would need a lawyer and I'm wasting my money and time so either they are falsifying the return policy or scamming customers selling broken devices be careful and the young ladies were polite as a gem but are clearly being under paid for how poorly and unprofessionally this store is being run seems very sketchy and like the district manager is very suspiciously doing something be careful when you shop at this store.......

  Location of the store itself is a bit tough with traffic etc but the employee who helped me was great. He was personable and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Much better than the Auburn Mall location. Better selection, employees, etc.

  Great service.... Very attentive. Cell works everywhere. Great plans. Better than Metro PCS. Better than Boost. Cricket is on At&t towers so you get service that's most comparable to Verizon. I've had every carrier and am happiest with Cricket!!! Nice phones good prices and all the accessories you'll need. (Helpful hint, I went on Amazon and got my accessories for 1/4 the cost 😁)
