  I went in for an unresponsive front phone camera and they completely ruined my perfectly working phone. The back camera was broken, screws stripped, sides of my phone cut up, inside of my phone cracked, a severed wire and when it was put back together, the phone kept shutting off. We went back in to tell them my phone was broken and they took NO responsibility for doing all of this to my phone. Ben had my phone for 6 hours and all he did was completely wreck it and tear it up. We spent 6 more hours at apple the next day and $400 later... my phone is fixed. Never go to Zagg, they suck and break things and don't take responsibility for anything.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!! My daughter’s front camera stopped working on her IPhone 17. Ben tried installing a new one and it still didn’t work so we left with the phone. By the time we got to the car her phone stopped working all together! We went back in, told Ben what was happening, he immediately said he didn’t do anything wrong and she must have broken it when she left (we were gone for less than 1 min.). Fast forward - we took the broken phone to Apple and they were shocked at all the internal damage that was done to the phone. Not only was the front camera still not working but back camera was now broken, the screws to open the phone were stripped, the outside of the phone was cracked and internally there was a severed wire and the back screen was completely broken! They showed us pictures of all the damage. I spoke to the Zach store manager asking them to pay the repair bill we got from Apple. After several minutes on the phone the manager hung up on me. From there I found the name of the regional manager whose name is Fadh.I told him what happened. He said he would call me back with a resolution. I never heard from him and when I tried calling several different times he wouldn’t answer my calls. So now we are stuck with a $400 repair bill from damages done at their store. I will legally be escalating this.

  Gave me my phone back with screen sepersted I went back and gave it back again not fully glued or whatever soon phone got busted due to stuff in pocket and moisture getting in it. Well at least he refunded me on the mistake . Would like to say wasn't his fault but I did have a lot of aggregation and had to go back a whole bunch. Anyway got money back so if you'd like I will just delete this review entirely

  A battery replacement at ZAGG left my iPhone 12 mini camera unusable. After the service, my phone immediately developed a serious rear camera issue where it produces a buzzing/vibration when opened and all photos and video are consistently blurry and unstable. This issue was not present before the battery replacement. I have attached a video showing the camera malfunction during normal use. (Turn sound on to hear the malfunction.) The camera is now effectively not functional, as I cannot take usable photos or video. I returned to the store again to address the issue. During this visit, the device was disassembled and reassembled. I was told it was a software issue and that they did not believe the battery replacement caused the problem. I then performed a software update on my own, but the issue remained unchanged. I returned a third time to request a refund due to the ongoing issue. This request was initially denied, then later approved. As part of the refund, the new battery was removed and the original battery was reinstalled in my phone. I was then told I would need to return the next day for a fourth visit in order to receive the refund, but I insisted it be completed during the same visit, and it was ultimately processed before I left. The camera issue remained unresolved. At this point, the cost of repairing the device (camera module replacement plus another battery replacement) is close to the value of replacing the phone, making replacement the most practical option. Based on my experience, I would be cautious recommending this location for iPhone battery replacements or internal repairs.

  I have been to Zagg a few times and the techs are always polite and professional. They diagnose your problems very quickly and do not attempt to over sell you products that you do not need. They simply address the problem and offer you a solution that is needed.
