  Wonderful support when euthanizing our 17 year old dog, but that’s where it ends. I paid the bill before the euthanization and chose the communal creamation. The next day I started receiving calls and emails from a third party, Final Gifts Aftercare, asking to discuss what to do with our dogs remains. Office rep apologized for the “miscommunication.” Outrageous. I had to log into the 3rd party website to choose the options I wanted. I’ve never had to do this at any other vet practice during a stressful time of losing a pet. A commercialized, impersonal, and insensitive scam. If this is part of the new veterinary profit business model, I’d suggest changing it out of respect for your customers.

  I take both of my cats here for their annual physicals and shots and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming, as well as the doctors and vet techs that take such good care of my kitties.

  I made an apt but I honestly just kept looking at the reviews and everyone is saying this place never says prices over the phones or estimates and that they pretty much take all you got . So I ended up calling them to see if I could get any info on estimates . They wouldn’t budge . I then found a VCA first exam coupon I’ve never been there before so I was thankful I called they said i don’t know just bring it in , the next day I called to ask for any cancellations, I noticed on the phone they switched the exam name she said “your dental visit “ and of course the bottom of the coupon says no specialty appointment …. Go figure wouldn’t it be a FIRST exam visit if I have never been and it’s my cats FIRST time I honestly didn’t end up making it to the apt . I already know they were a waste of time anyway these people can make money they try it . I was scared just by the reviews I advise you to read the same
