  I am a client of this clinic and have an annual membership for your services. I am very disappointed with the way your front desk staff treated us. We arrived 13 minutes late for our vaccination appointment, which we had been waiting an entire month for. We were refused service simply because we were considered late. What is especially frustrating is that every time we have arrived on time or even early, we have never been seen on time. We have consistently had to wait 15–30 minutes before being called in. On this occasion, there was no line and no other patients waiting, yet the clinic still refused to accommodate us. I believe the clinic could have shown a little flexibility and accepted us, especially considering the circumstances and the fact that we are annual members. I sincerely hope the clinic will review its customer service policies and improve the way patients are treated in the future.

  I had such a wonderful experience at VCA in Westborough. My cat is extremely anxious, nervous, and does not do well with the vet or the carrier process, so I was already worried going into the appointment. From the moment I expressed my concerns over the phone, the team was accommodating, understanding, and supportive. During the appointment, everyone was courteous, thoughtful, patient, and gentle with my cat. From the front desk, to the vet technician, to the veterinarian, everyone took their time and made sure both my cat and I felt cared for. As a first time cat mom, I really appreciated how informative, kind, and reassuring they were throughout the entire visit. The veterinarian was amazing and made sure I understood everything while also helping me feel supported as a pet parent. Vet care can be expensive, and one of my biggest worries was balancing his anxiety medication needs with staying on top of vaccinations and shots. They were very accommodating to my budget and helped me feel less stressed about the process. Overall, this was such a positive experience, especially with an anxious cat, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends, family, and any new pet owners.

  Got a new puppy and brought her for the first free exam... So many little gifts and the staff made both of us feel so comfortable. The vet heard my concerns about having a good first visit and were respectful of my decisions. I have been to a VCA before but this one blew my expectations out of the water. So excited to continue my care there!
