  Donna ,Terry and the vets were amazing. The front desk staff lack everything. They were rude and inconsiderate. Today was my first visit but WILL DEFINITELY find another office.

  Unexpected, the staff treated us very well, made me comfortable my dog was a nervous wreck, they noticed this right away and they immediately suggested and offered medication for our next visit. They did a palpitation on her abdomen and took a good look at her. They talked to me about her care, I signed up for the healthcare plan they have and the suggestion to also use a secondary plan. This could be a trusted source of care for my dog.

  I couple of years ago I followed the groomer, Melissa Adley, from her old location to VCA Wickaboag. She was grooming my young giant schnauzer, Jameson, and doing a beautiful job. Both he and I felt very safe with him in her hands. Not only was her work excellent, but she gave me tips to groom my boy in between visits to keep his health at its best. She always took note of any changes in his skin or hair, and he was always happy to go see her. Sadly, Jameson passed away very suddenly at only 5 years old. And shortly afterward, I had a new giant schnauzer pup for Melissa to meet. This boy, Jasper, is not like Jameson in temperament. As a result, he is going to her medicated to keep him safe while he becomes used to grooming tools and practices. He loves to see her, and clearly feels no fear of being at her offices. He needs practice managing himself while being groomed, and I don't know that I would trust anyone else to care for him. Melissa and her team are thoughtful, direct, caring, and professional. I can not recommend her and them enough.
