  These guys are incompetent and crooks. They screwed up the port from a different provider. Then upgraded us to a more expensive plan when i specifically told them i didn't want a plan upgrade. Go to the store on Main st. or any other store. I definitely will never do business at this location again.

  While I have always experienced great customer service at this store since 2018, today I had the worst customer service experience ever in my life. The female representative at the store was rude, disrespectful, loud, argumentative and proceeded to call the police when all I wanted was a simple explanation for changes she made to my account some weeks ago that caused a more than $50 increase on the bill. She tried to tell me that the changes were not made by her. When I asked for her name and store manager, she asked me to leave her store and the police would come take me out. I left called customer service and everything was explained properly, she made changes that she herself seemed to not have understood. Manager needs to help by getting her some customer service training and training on the products offered.

  Me siento disgustado con el trato que me dieron porque no tenía el dinero completo para llevarme el paquete y me negaron llevarme solo el teléfono gratis ya que me estaba transfiriendo de T-Mobile a Cricket mi entender era que me dan un teléfono gratis al cambiarme pero Edgar me nego llevarme el telefono porque no pude cojer el paqute que viene con todo cover y pantalla incluido. No recomiendo que nadie vaya a esta tienda por los mal tratos a los clientes. Mejor voy a la Cricket de la Main st que tratan a los clientes mucho más mejor y son muy honestos. Espero que resuelvan algo porque no es justo.
