- JWJessica WhiteJun 16, 20265.0Dante from Dyson of Southborough, Ma. literally resolved a 3 month nightmare I had been experiencing from Dyson Direct, within a few hours! After each Dyson C.S. employee repeatedly provided false assessments to remedy my vacuum not working, thus causing time and frustration, I was prepared to give up! The final straw was when I asked for a Supervisor after not receiving my part after 2 weeks. Their explanation was that my ticket never got processed and they’d send the part out (again!). The number they provided me sent me right back to the same department- no Supervisor! After several other failed calls, I noticed an in-state Dyson dealer, and I took a chance and called. That’s when Dante answered and listened to my ongoing ordeal and told me that he’d get back to me. I couldn’t believe it when he returned my call and said you were all set, AND you will be receiving an upgraded vacuum for free! He went above and beyond and was able to accomplish what Dyson Direct could not. I am so grateful for making that last call to Southborough, Ma. and connecting with Dante! I made sure to contact Adrian the owner to thank him as well. If anyone ever experiences what I went through, I highly recommend to contact this establishment. Thank you so much Dante!
