I had a problem with my Supersonic hair dryer and I had contacted the general Dyson customer service line twice, but to no avail - they were incredibly unhelpful and didn’t really seem to care about my problem. My experience at this Dyson Service Center couldn’t have been more different. Dante was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and really cared about helping me find a solution when the general customer service line didn’t. He truly went above and beyond to deliver an incredible customer experience - I can honestly say it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Dante and the Southborough Dyson Service Center, I can’t thank you enough!!
- HTHolly TangJul 22, 20265.0I never write reviews but I genuinely have to for Dante. I came in after purchasing a counterfeit Dyson Airwrap off Facebook Marketplace and had no idea what to do. Dante went above and beyond — he verified the authenticity of my unit and provided me with an official certificate documenting that it was counterfeit, which was crucial for my refund claim. On top of that he sold me a refurbished Dyson in near perfect condition for a fraction of what I paid for the fake one on Facebook. He also offered me a free repair on my first visit which I was not expecting at all. What really stood out was how genuinely kind he was. He carried all my boxes out, gave me a new box, and made the whole experience so seamless. While I was there another customer came in with the exact same counterfeit situation and Dante helped her too — selling her a refurbished unit for a third of the cost of a new one. It’s clear this is a bigger problem with third party sellers and it’s reassuring to know the Dyson Service Center handles it with such care. Excellent customer service. I will absolutely be referring my family and friends — we all have Dyson products and now we know exactly where to go. Thank you Dante! 🙏
