    This service center is outstanding. Dante was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He fixed my vacuum in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

    Last year, I sent my humidifier to a Dyson service center for repair. A couple of months later, I received a phone call, but nothing could be heard and it was unclear what was being said. Within a few minutes, I contacted Dyson and asked them to call me back or, preferably, send me an email. Instead, I received a generic response saying they would look into it and that everything was fine. About a month later, I followed up again. After multiple attempts, I was finally informed that my humidifier had been disposed of. They said an investigation had been initiated and that I would receive a response within 1–3 days. However, after that, they stopped responding to my emails, and I never received any resolution. I never gave any consent for disposal — my property was simply taken from me. I paid a significant amount of money for this unit, and the repair needed was minor — just an $80 pump replacement. I deeply regret trusting Dyson’s service center. I relied on my humidifier–air purifier because I have bronchial asthma, and since then, I have experienced several asthma attacks and my condition has worsened. I do not recommend sending your equipment to Dyson service. It is better to repair it yourself or use another service. Do not be misled as I was. I am extremely disappointed in Dyson. I did not expect such a large company to treat its customers with such disregard.

    I’ll be honest: I came in a little battle worn. I had previously visited a Dyson location in Austin and left with what can only be described as a truly awful experience, dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly a waste of my time. So I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into the Boston location. What I got was the complete OPPOSITE. Dante is an exceptional technician. Knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely skilled. He handled everything with the kind of confidence and expertise that makes you feel like your product is in the best possible hands. You could tell immediately that this is someone who actually cares about getting it right, not just getting you out the door. Adrian was also wonderful. He took the time to hear me out about what had happened in Austin, acknowledged how frustrating the experience had been, and treated my situation with real empathy. That kind of customer care is rare, and it made a significant difference. This is what Dyson service is supposed to look like. The Southborough location sets the standard, and if you have any Dyson troubles, do yourself a favor and make the trip here. Worth every mile, and I would absolutely do it again without hesitation. Thank you, Dante and Adrian. You’ve earned a customer for life.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Donte was absolutely amazing and fixed my Airwrap in 20 minutes. I drove an hour to have it fixed and was worried i’d have to replace it. I left a very very happy and relieved customer. 100% recommend if you ever have problems with a Dyson product. They are very efficient and get through customers in a timely manner. Great experience!!

    Absolutely spectacular experience. Arrived at the Dyson service center around 9:45 AM to repair a change over valve on my Dyson Animal 2. Dante, the service tech greeted me immediately upon entering the store and after asking about what the issue was, took the vacuum back for repair. He indicated that the repair wouldn’t take long and said I could wait. Within 30 minutes he brought the repaired vacuum out from the back and said I was all set. The best part was that he essentially charged me nothing for the repair. He was incredibly friendly, extremely competent and the service was lightning fast! If I could give this business ten stars I wouldn’t hesitate. Thank you to Dyson and to Dante for this great experience! You both truly exceeded my expectations and if this is the way you treat all of your customers I can tell you that I’ll never buy anything but a Dyson going forward!
