  I have been bring my dog here for 2 years , he is a hyper pit bull but not mean in any way. They have always sat on the floor and gave him treats to distract him from shots and drawing blood. Today was the worst experience I have ever had there!! instead of going into a exam room they brought him into the “ employee only” area. I was so confused. With in a few minutes it’s I hear a yelp ….. so I wait, then a louder yelp…. I ask the receptionist , what’s going on ??? And with a smirk and no care in the world , laughingly says “ I dont know” so I say im going in to check and walk in the this area only to find my dog in the employee break room, with 2 men and a woman trying to hold him down , and as I walk in the doctor literally stabs my dog in his ass with the syringe and he lets out the biggest yelp that would break anyone’s heart when heard. I said “ what are you doing “ they go “ 1 down and 1 to go” , there were 0 treats or pad with cheese anywhere to be seen, it was so infuriating to see it was border line animal abuse. I just grabbed my dog right then and there and left…. It’s been a few hours and he is still shaking in fear from this !!! I hope the right person who works there and has treated my dog becore sees this and takes action on these individuals immediately. And as of now unless something changes I am NEVER going back there.

  We recently took our recently adopted puppy there, The Vet was very off putting and offensive, She basically said everything we have been doing is wrong, made snarky comments about everything, Admitted to not usually giving vaccines after an animal has just thrown up but she was going to do it anyways, We tried asking about her anal glands being checked and were cut off by her and she said our puppy was all set, just to receive a text message later that day saying they forgot to check her anal glands, We recently switched to blue buffalo as it has great reviews, and better ingredients and she was very snarky about that as well, Basically told us there was only one way to train our dog and that was with a lick matt to get her used to her paws being touched, but we play with her paws and her teeth and she has 0 issues with it, She never mentioned that the tests they ran they didn’t do in house and we’re going to cost extra because they were sent out, We would’ve liked to have been presented the cost of services before as we would have gone elsewhere if we knew how expensive the test was going to be, Would not recommend this Clinic to anyone, I hope the vet sees this and changes her attitude towards her customers.

  First time visiting with a puppy. Best experience I’ve ever had a veterinarian’s office. Receptionist was welcoming and kind. The techs and doctor were patient and very friendly. The doctor was understanding of budget restraints on getting everything at once, and made recommendations that fit my constraints. Will absolutely be here for my pups life and grateful for the welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been uncomfortable at previous vets but this office was fantastic. Highly recommended.
