  I would like to leave my honest review about Cricket. Every time I came to this location today, there was a sign on the door saying “Back in 30 minutes.” I came here three times today. According to Google, the store closes at 7:00 PM, but now I came again and everything is completely closed, lights off, doors locked — and it’s only 5:20 PM. This has been a very frustrating experience. I am already a Cricket customer and I’m trying to resolve an issue. When we call customer service, they tell us to come to the store. We come to the store, and no one is here to help. I needed to resolve this today, and after coming here three times and waiting, I still could not get any assistance. This is a very poor customer experience and extremely disappointing.

  I am completely technology illiterate! Gustavo and Mark were amazing helping me get connected and into a phone super quick as I had totally shattered my old one and needed one turned on immediately. I really appreciate their time and energy. Gustavo Was very kind and waited for me to come back after work and stayed after hours to help make sure my phone was up and going and I understood how to use it. I had switched from an android to an iPhone and was clueless on how to use it and he was very patient and showing me everything.
