- RDRob D5 days ago1.0Staff isnt very informative whether its disguised to upsell things or not trained, bought an apple iPad. They sell me on the apple care plus warranty, screen cracked, bring it in for the geek squad to tell me they dont service apple products and the closer store that does is Braintree or the Cape. Why not mention that when purchasing? Then to top it off, I drive to the store they send me to for them to tell me I need an appointment and its crazy that the Plymouth store didn't tell me that.

He took his time helping me figure out why my kids 3ds wasn’t accepting the sd card. He was knowledgeable, friendly and just all around great. Without his help we would have been lost. I can’t say enough good things about him. If i ever have anymore issues I will definitely go see him. Thank you again you made my kids day!!!
