  We drove an hour and a half to get there for a phone that we wanted, but when we arrived we were told that the phone was not ready for an update yet, and it would cost us twice as much. So we turned around and went home. The manager was fine, but it was just too much money for the new one. Because of cricket

  The Tyler Street guys in Pittsfield are great. Always friendly, take time to help with issues. Cricket prices and coverage heve been spot on. I regret having been loyal to ATT for over twenty years until they scammed me on a warranty phone. Switch folks. Switch.
