- BLBenjamin LucasMay 9, 20265.0I brought my iPhone 15 Pro Max to Geek Squad at Best Buy because the USB-C charging port was not working. I had been charging wirelessly, but it was becoming a pain not being able to charge my phone in the car. I scheduled an appointment, and the same day I was there for only about 30 minutes before they fixed the problem. Seth Alires was very helpful, had a great personality, and provided excellent customer service. What made the experience even better was that they didn’t charge me anything for the repair. I definitely recommend this location if you have an Apple device instead of driving all the way to Providence Place Mall. This Best Buy location has very easy access and plenty of parking spots. 10/10 experience!

I went to AT&T and the representative said he couldn't help me after waiting over an hour for help..and he told he couldn't help and referred me to go to Geek Squid to have them look at it in Dartmouth,Ma. I dealt with a real nice gentleman there by the Name Devon DaSilva that he showed that he cared to help me and removed the apps that was causing the virus. I applaud Devon for his knowledge to fix my problem. Devon is the best!!

The circle of death thing: push the menu #'s, phone rings and rings and rings, someone finally answers, you ask for Geek Squad, click, phone rings and rings and rings... Yeah.
