  The young lady who helped us with the new iPhone was very good, knowledgeable, and friendly. While the new phone was downloading the apps and the new data, she sent us to a table to wait for the crucial apps/data to be downloaded. During this time, numerous staff came by to check on us if we had questions or if everything was ok. This was great except these staff kept coming every 2 minutes looking at their watches while saying we could take our time. At one point, another staff came over telling another staff that he needed to wrap up. It was 6pm, they close at 9pm. We have no control on how fast their phone download the "crucial" data. Every 2 minutes, a staff would come over saying take our time. We felt the pressure to leave and we did. My wife realized some old data was not transferred and the old phone was factory reset at this Apple Store. I felt they were a bunch of hypocrite and this Apple Store gives me the vibe of a used car sales office. Good that i refuse to use Apple and switch to Android 15 years ago.

  What a horror show. Apple store sucks. Need an appointment to discuss a problem with your iPad. What am I seeing a doctor or what? 3 workers helping 20 people all in waiting sitting on wooden type uncomfortable boxes. Waiting time to look at your iPad was 4 hours. What? The workers don't have a dress code so they just blend in with the customers. Don't bother going here. May be just call customer service and you may get your answers. Wasted 2 hours going there coming home all fumed up with no solutions. May be I should have gone to a bar and asked the bartender to look at the iPad problem. Life is good. Eat an apple 🍎

  Awful service. Went at a quiet time and still waited over an hour just for them to put a new screen protector on my phone and tell me they don’t have any iPhone 16 cases

  This was a very disappointing visit to the Natick Apple Store! I had an appointment with the Genius Bar for my Mac and I was early. The manager told me to sit at a table and someone would find me. The techs basically go around whispering peoples names and do not really try to find the customer so they can just chat with each other and not help anyone. After waiting a half hour past my appointment and being told I was next when a Mac tech was available. I finally approached a tech to ask why I had not been helped yet. He told me they were about to cancel my appointment because they could not locate me. I was there the whole time! No one ever called my name even though I kept looking hopefully at any tech who happened by. He did not seem to care. He did agree to run a diagnostics test. He then said I should just buy a new computer given the age of the one I had and took me over to look at new ones. There is no way I am going to buy a new computer or a phone ever again at that store after the way they treated me. I spoke to the manager but I don't think he even cared. What horrible customer service! I am done with this store!
