  I walked in trying to buy a case for my phone and a new watch band. The person told me I could have to wait up to 20 minutes. Mid-day on a Wednesday, and there just happens to be no one available to help me make these purchases for 5-10, or up to 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I remember going to the Natick Apple Store the day it opened, friendly enthusiastic staff, a talented Genius Bar that would go above and beyond to help, they were truly amazing. Those days are long gone. Today, I called in to buy an iPhone, asked some guy who was standing around doing zero for help. “I’m actually busy at the moment, can you ask someone else?”. Asked someone else who had very limited knowledge but said, I’ll get someone to help you. That was the last time anyone came over. Both him and the first “busy” guy just stood around doing nothing, along with a group of other Apple staff. The only people doing anything to help were the older guys who get treated second rate by store managers, I’ve seen it too many times in Natick. I ended up buying the phone using my current phone while I waited and selecting delivery for next day so I didn’t have to come back. I’ve given them too many chances, unless you want to know how to create an emoji don’t bother going in here for help. The absolute worst store.

  I had such a great experience at the Apple Store! I recently got a new phone, and unfortunately, none of my photos or messages transferred over because of an issue with my phone provider. I was really stressed about losing all of my pictures and messages, but Leo was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to try everything he could to fix the issue and make sure I got everything back. I truly appreciated how much time and effort he put into helping me and making sure I felt taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers. Leo made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m so grateful for his help. He deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service!

  I went to have my back screen replaced on iphone 16 pro, dropped off in morning told to come back at 1:25. First person was extremely helpful. I arrive back at 1:25 they are busy I wait, a manager comes over asked if ive been helped I say no and he add my name to list. I was standing in front a mac, a customer wanted to look at so I took a seat. He then finds me after another 5 minutes of waiting to say I thought you left. I reply I moved as to not block the customer. He then says youre here for a repair? I say yes, he then under his breath but loud enough says "take it out on me " I said excuse what did I say or do to warrant that. HE THEN SAYS I AM DONE DEALING WITH YOU GOODBYE AND THROWS HIS HAND UP IN MY FACE. ERIC IS AN UNHINGED INDIVIDUAL AND THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I NEVER HAVE DEALT WITH SUCH A RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL "MANAGER" IN MY LIFE!

  My experience in the Apple Natick store was so deeply and profoundly meaningful to me. None of them had any idea. However, working with David, Barbara, I am missing one man with a great artistic hat, Alisha, and Ron ( if any of your names is misspelled or off, please bear with me. I just woke up☺️) With each one of these individuals, it was hard to leave them. They were all so amazing. And to have Ron as my last assistant in solving problems was an honor of all honors. He’s an older man. full of wisdom and knowledge. And technology needs older individuals to bring that grounding. So kudos to Ron! I strongly suggest that all of you go to this Apple Store. However, I also experienced the same quality individuals and service in the Apple Store in Waltham. and Legacy Place. The abundance of my gratitude cannot be contained in these words. It is deeply riveting to me and encourages me to continue to go forward. Am I grassroots campaign to become the first female president of the United States of America. I love people who dare to encourage others. I love people who dare to push the gamut of knowledge and grow and think. collectively to solve problems. Thank you all so very much. I will always remember each and every one of you!
