  Avoid the store. It’s a complete waste of time. They give you an appointment. They do not honor it and expect you to wait for four hours to get a new battery. Complete disorganized.

  Couldn't understand why this store was so low rated, but then I went there for a battery replacement that still hasn't happened. They took my appointment even though they did not have the part in stock. Then, when it came in, they told me I had to come in within a few days or they would send it back. I came in, and they couldn't guarantee the repair would be done by the time I needed to leave (not their fault) but that they would extend the hold until the today when I could come back. Get to the store, and they don't know what they are doing. Eventually they get me to someone who knows what they are doing, and he discovers the part had already been sent back! Supposedly ordering it again, but who knows?!? Terrible location. Go somewhere else if you can

  So many bad reviews ! I spoke with a manager about my horrible experience with the corporate office. She was very sympathetic, and personable, and even though the store as packed, I did not have to wait at all to speak with her. I'm still infuriated with my experience with Apple "support" but everyone at this store could not have been nicer.

  Truly the best Apple Store in New England. The store is always spotless, welcoming, and incredibly well run. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has had a smile on their face and genuinely wants to help. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed support, someone has always been ready to assist. Customer service like this is hard to find…highly recommend this location to anyone looking for the full Apple experience Very high regards to the leadership team over there!
