  Went in to buy a new laptop and had to wait over 15 minutes while multiple agents looked available. Asked about an educators discount and after waiting was told I had to register on Unidays. Agent working with me was rude and when it said up to 24 hours to verify offered no help and he said “so yeah”. Will not be returning to this location to make my purchase. Had my ID badge in hand. I understand policies but don’t make people wait around if that’s the case and put it on the website.

  Absolutely unacceptable customer service — worst experience I’ve ever had. I walked into the store around 7:00 PM because my iPhone needed to be repaired or replaced. I have AppleCare+, and my phone is extremely important because I depend on it for work. I expected someone to at least take a few minutes to look at the phone and explain my options. Instead, the Apple representative immediately told me they couldn’t help me because it was already 7 PM, even though the store didn’t close until 8 PM. He didn’t even bother to look at my phone or hear me out. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. There were only about three customers in the entire store. I explained the urgency of the situation and that I needed my phone for work, but I was still essentially told to leave and come back another time. When I spoke with the store manager, I received the same response: they couldn’t help me because it was 7 PM. I understand that employees have closing procedures, but turning away a customer an entire hour before closing without even evaluating the issue is extremely disappointing. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable or expecting special treatment. I simply wanted someone to look at my phone and help me understand what could be done under my AppleCare+ coverage. What made this experience even worse was the attitude I received from both the representative and the manager. Customer service should not mean making a customer feel like an inconvenience. I have been a customer of Apple for years, and this experience has seriously changed my perception of the level of customer service I can expect from this store. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable.

  Booked an appointment 3 days ahead of time, drove an hour to have my screen fixed only to be told there wasn’t enough time cuz they close in about an hour and a half. Sooooo what was the point of the appointment? Kyle was useless and the entire store is slow as hell. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

  Amazing experience with my specialist Hassan super professional and was able to guide me through all my questions had a great conversation with him as well was my first experience with this location and was easily one of the best thank you Hassan for everything! Updated next day I got my replacement iPhone Sky was super helpful helping me through the process of getting my iCloud backup working as well as able to answer all my question as well as constantly checking up on me! Thank you milbury for showing all love and support appreciate you all!

  I came to this Apple Store yesterday in a panic because I dropped my phone and it went totally black and would not turn on. I was met with the friendliest staff member (I didn’t get his name but he had cool piercings) who helped set me up with an appointment even though my phone was basically an unusable brick. After a little bit of a wait I was met with the amazing John who not only made me feel better about my whole situation by friendly chatting with me & talking me through everything, but quickly figured out the problem (a bad bubbling battery) and got me all set up with a new phone!! I was incredibly happy with how they handled the situation and wanted to shout out the awesome workers who helped me and so many others fix their devices <3
