  I wish I could remember the salesman name. He was extremely helpful in explaining how to use the hearing impaired features on the iPhone. Despite the 2 hour wait, and the specialist not wanting to help us because we were his last customers, it was worth it!

  I would not trust this store. I visited to get my phone fixed as it died last minute. the repair wait was 3 hours , I advised I needed to pick up my kids but was headed out of town internationally so needed a phone that worked andso we settled on buying a new phone that cost me $1700 ( I also bought my last phone here). The agent said make sure you return with your receipt to trade this in as its worth about $375 credit. She reiterated this several times without any other explanation. I traveled and returned to the store and the story changed. I did nothing to my phone but when i returned My phone wouldn’t turn on. They wouldn’t honor what the agent advised, I even told them she made no mention of if I left the store and it didn’t turn on it would be of no value (despite it shutting off already randomly snd being only 2 years old). They looked at the value and it was actually $410. My husband got s new phone and they gave him $330 usd credit fir a phone older than mine. Then the team said if I paid $99 to fix it they could credit me $250. Tech came out and said the phone doesn’t turn on - we can’t do that. Managers and team do not take responsibility for how they advise customers. There’s a lot more to this story but buyer beware of this store, get things in writing. As other customers complained service provides false information as well.
