He was very professional and very managerial in the way he handled my frustration. I highly recommend Sam from the geek squad at Leominster, Massachusetts Best Buy for a promotion. Thanks again for all your help. You really made me and my family's day.

We drove over an hour away to pick up a tv. He was rude and condescending. Acting like we weren’t good enough to purchase a tv. I will never go to this Best Buy again. Awful

However, I did notice that some items were out of stock, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a decent place to shop, but they could improve their inventory management.

My laptop was sent for repairs and after getting it back it had the same exact issues just after the 30 day warranty for a redo on repairs and they told me I would have to pay AGAIN. The employee at the geek squad counter laughed in my face seeing that I was visibly upset about this. Highly unprofessional and a big scam. There is a small business in Leominster MA that does free diagnostic and real repairs for a fair price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT GEEK SQUAD!
