  If I wasn't a member of their care club I would change vets. I've been bringing my 3 dogs here for the last 7+ years. At first it was great now there is zero consistency. A different doctor each time even when you request to stay with one provider. They make you come 15 minutes to your appointment so that you can wait 45min to be seen. I have called 5x over the last two weeks to get a quote for a sedated nail trim and each time "we're sending it to the doctor, oh they're off this week! We will send to another! Oh she's off today! In the manager I will personally deal with it!" And still no call back. Poor communication, poor follow through and you there's so much turn over that you don't see familiar faces to make you feel like you can trust them.

  I have been taking my cat Echo to the VCA Lancaster for many years. They always treat her with the greatest possible respect and dignity, while making sure they do everything they can to keep her happy and healthy. I have spoken to many doctors within the practice, and all of them take the time to ensure that I understand her labs and necessary treatments and can make informed decisions. The support and front desk is also great, and are clear and informative when it comes to billing and appointment scheduling. This VCA is top notch!

  When we went here it felt like the vet, technicians, and everyone involved took care of our animals as if they were their own. Everyone was professional. Communication was easy and adaptable for scheduling the appointment and even after the vet followed up. Definitely would recommend!

  Called at 9:00AM Sunday and was able to get an appointment for 11:00AM with Dr Morawski. He was great and came up with a practical care plan for my elderly dog that keeps him comfortable and kept my budget in mind. Been going here for 3 years and i'm always happy with the care my Dog receives! Update: This is a follow up to a review I gave back in November. At that time, I was focused on the fact that I was able to call 9:00 AM on a Sunday and got a 11:00 AM appointment, and the way Dr Morawski was able to tailor a treatment plan to fit my budget. It wasn’t till a few months later that I realized that I was amiss in not also mentioning that Dr Faeth has been caring for my dog Roger for a few years now in the same way. Roger is an elderly dog with a few issues over that past couple years. Dr Faeth has been great in coming up with a treatment plan to keep Roger comfortable in his golden years and working within my budget. And never making me feel guilty if I can’t afford all the treatment option available. And of course, all the Vet Techs have been very attentive to all Roger’s needs as he’s been a regular as of late, so much in fact he’s usually greeted by name as soon as he walks in the door. And on lasts nights visit the Vet Techs gave him extra special care above what was I was even charged for. I would recommend the entire staff for anyone who needs somewhere to take their pet.
