    Very unsatisfied with the staff and service rendered! In fact I would score them less than zero if that is possible. I was on $100/monthly for 4 lines with my previous network provider and decided to port to Cricket mainly for their 1000 international call mins add-on monthly and perhaps for the new phones. Yolanda was the person that handled the transaction and the boss(Mohammed) was present. She(Yolanda) pleaded that I should just make her day and and accept $105/monthly payment which I reluctantly agreed. I paid $357.44 after everything the first day and left. I was never told that they stopped the 1000mins add-on until I logged into the app after some days and found out from the mobile phone app! I also discovered that my bill was showing $130/month. I called the customer service number immediately and told them that I was new to Cricket having ported to Cricket recently and that I actually wanted to downgrade and get the same $100/monthly for 4 lines plan which ordinarily shouldn't be a problem. And that he should downgrade my plan to suit that budget.The guy on the phone said that it shouldn't be a problem but after he tried for some time he told me to go back to the store to complete it saying that it was set that I should come to the store. I made out time and went to the store, this time I met Mohammed. I reminded him what I was told the day I ported and that I needed my bill to return to normal, at worst the $105/month that Yolanda told me in his presence. After checking their system, he told me he would reduce the bill and give me a $250 credit that will be applied on my bill. But he said that I need to pay $110 +$5 for the next month's bill in advance which I did. So I was charged $115 on my card that day.(2nd payment). March came and passed, on April 22nd I got a reminder that my monthly bill of $130 will be due on 26th. I quickly called the office and luckily Mohammed picked the call. I reminded him who I was, what he told me and informed him that my bill is still saying $130/month. He said something about waiting for 2 months then I reminded him that I ported since February So he checked and told me that they have moved my due date to April 27th but I should please call them back on 26th so that it will be corrected. Today being April 26th, I called the office and Yolanda picked. She told me Mohammed was not in the office. I tried to introduce myself and reminded her of the amount she told me the day I ported. She cut the phone on me... What a service and bunch of staff!! Red flag!!!

    I had a very disturbing experience at this store with the lady. I went in to add three lines to my Cricket account, but the employee told me she could only add two and asked me to come back the next day for the third line. During the transaction, she also added a protection plan without clearly disclosing it. The following day, when I called to check phone availability, the same employee accused me of scamming, claimed she had a picture of me, and said she had reported the two phones I purchased the day before. She also refused to sell me any additional phones and spoke in a very hostile and disrespectful tone. I paid for the phones and service legitimately. The way I was treated was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. No customer should have to experience this kind of treatment.
