  Easy to sign up for the plan, but canceling and getting a refund was a completely different experience. I had to call and chase a refund that should have been processed automatically after I returned the phone and canceled the line. I am still waiting for my refund. Also, there was no proper receipt provided when I made the payment — only the bank card transaction record, which does not clearly specify the service or charges. I do not think this is correct. Refunds should be handled properly and fairly, not only when customers keep insisting.

  Terrible experience. I was charged for services I never requested, including a speaker I never received. The worst part is that they only told me about this charge because I called customer service—otherwise I would have never known. They only refunded part of the amount and still insist the remaining charges are “valid.” Be very careful—review your bill closely because they may add things without your authorization.
