Dumb recording does not direct you to any request , it keeps repeating same question as of what are you calling for and doesn't connect you with your requested department , very frustrating and annoying .

The worst customer service. Trying to get assistance from a store employee is a waste of my valuable time. The reason this company is going to be out of business is because of the lack of customer service. I don’t want to deal with subcontractors located in foreign countries I don’t want them demanding additional money for the work I already paid for as a Total member. I want to speak to local employees and I want things fixed the first time

Dude was complaining about the lack of staff and how I should come back another day when I came in to get my AirPods fixed, but they can’t refund me the $200 I paid for protection plan great way to have me waste time going into the store

I went to Best Buy to bring my gamer PC to remove Secure boot. The work was done immediately. The staff was very friendly and great listeners. I would definitely bring my PC back anytime. I have an issue with it. Good job guys keep up the good work.
